Booking Policies

PLEASE READ POLICY and SIGN CLIENT WAIVER BEFORE BOOKING !!!!!

**ALL NEW CLIENTS REQUIRE A CONSULTATION!!! $20 fee NOT applied to your appointment. The fee must be paid prior to appointment.

**ALL CLIENTS RECEIVING NEW COLOR SERVICES REQUIRE A CONSULTATION!

**All services will now require a 30% non-refundable booking fee. If fee is not paid prior to service, your appointment will result in a cancellation! The fee will be applied to the total service amount. If more than 2 appointments are canceled or no show, you will not be able to book any future services at J. Emery Hair Care Salon.

**CANCELLATIONS REQUIRE A 24 HOUR NOTICE!!! If stylist is not informed of cancelation within 24 hours of service, client is required to pay for 75% of the entire service fee.
*Exceptions to this policy will be determined by stylist

**Service Booking***
If you are receiving multiple services, please book services individually and consecutively
Ex: color service , blowout, haircut- 3 separate services should be booked in that order back to back.
Ex. Hydration Treatment, Curl set-n-go - 2 separate services, booked in that order, back to back.

*Clients hair is to be in ready to shampoo condition. If stylist has to detangle extremely matted hair or spend more than 15 mins detangling hair prior to shampoo service, a $25 fee will be added to service.
Ex. If client has taken out braids prior to appointment, all build-up and lent around parted sections should be removed. If not, a fee will be applied service total.
